In the event snow accumulation exceeds 42 inches, the Customer(s) agree to pay additional fees on a per-inch basis calculated as follows: [Contract Price] divided by [42 inches] = [additional price per inch] times [number of inches]

 Example: (based on a contract value of $819.00 and 10 extra inches of snow $819.00 / 42 inches = $19.50per inch x 10 inches = $195.00                                    

  We primarily use an inverted snowblower on our tractor for clearing driveways, as it is effective for lighter, powdery snow. However, we reserve the right to utilize a snowplow for wet, heavy precipitation, as it is better suited for handling such conditions.  This ensures optimal efficiency and equipment longevity by selecting the appropriate tool based on snow type.
